PAYMENT:
Buyers can choose PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Order, or Cashier's Check as a payment method. Personal Checks are NOT accepted. Please email us for money order or cashier's check information.
Money Order and Cashier's Check payments will not be shipped until they clear. This can take up to 10 days after deposit depending on where they are coming from.
RETURNS:
At Muozi, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will exchange it, issue a gift certificate, or refund within 4 days of purchase. If you are returning a purchase because it's damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a pre-paid USPS return label.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the purchase in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Obtain a purchase return (PR) number by calling Customer Service, 1-347-301-0256, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Include the PR number on the shipping address. Return your purchase to the following address:

For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
SHIPPING:
Standard delivery within 2-4 business days Monday through Saturday. A signature is required for order value of $500 and above. Shipment confirmation with tracking number will be provided via email. Please email us for expedited or international shipping cost before you place your order.
